I entered the massage therapy profession in 1998 and I have been blessed to work and teach at the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in Colorado Springs, Colorado where I teach a Sports Massage Therapy Workshop to massage therapy students. 

My heart is to listen with my hands and provide caring treatment.  My focus is helping muscles re-educate and return to function through muscle stretch techniques, deep tissue work, neuromuscular therapy and connective and soft tissue treatment.
